After the company ALMY, together with subcontractors, finished construction of work and equipping the center, a check-up of the place is being conducted to prepare for the official opening of the Center for all football clubs in B&H, according to zenicablog.com.The construction of a sports center according to the most modern world and European standards is in the final stages and will be completed by the end of this month. The value fo teh construction is around 10 million KM, of which the European Football Federation (UEFA) allocated about 8 million KM, and teh World Football Federation (FIFA) 2 million KM. The official opening of this sports complex is scheduled for September, and teh B&H Football Federation confirmed that the ribbon at the ceremony will be cut by the President of UEFA Michel Platini. He will travel to B&H with his colleagues on 2nd or 3rd September 2013. Guests at the ceremony will include representatives of footballa associations throughout the region, coaches of football teams from neighboring countries and a number of well-known personalities in football. Municipality Zenica had an important role in the realization of this project, which offered the free use of the land for 40 years, and ensured the necessary permits and infrastructural connections to the center.
